Welcome to ReComp Log. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReComp Log mobile application (the "App") provided by ReComp Log ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

ReComp Log is a nutrition and fitness tracking application designed to help users monitor their food intake, macronutrients, body measurements, supplements, and water consumption. The App is available on both iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Free and Premium Tiers

The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited to 3 saved recipes, 3 supplements, and 1 active macro preset.
• Premium Tier: Unlimited recipes, supplements, macro presets, and access to all features.

4.2 Apple App Store Subscriptions (iOS)

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4.3 Google Play Store Subscriptions (Android)

• Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policies.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect after your current subscription period ends, and you will be notified in advance.

5. Health Disclaimer

The App is intended for informational and tracking purposes only. The information provided by the App:

• Is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
• Should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• May not be suitable for individuals with eating disorders or medical conditions requiring specialized nutritional guidance.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication, seek professional medical advice before using the App.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
• Collect or harvest any information from other users.
• Use the App to promote or sell products or services without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software), is owned by ReComp Log and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the data you input into the App (food logs, measurements, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process this data solely to provide the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReComp Log from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jönköping, Sweden.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
